Who are the Meadow Makers?

The Child & Family Institute has always been supported by an auxiliary group of extraordinary women who love the spirit of CFI
and want to see it continue.  For many years, the CFI Auxiliary provided guidance, support and fundraising to CFI. Several years ago, many of the Auxiliary members “retired” to become Associates, and a new group of women formed the Meadow Makers.  While the Auxiliary Associates are still active supporters of CFI and a vital part of our community, the Meadow Makers are now leading fundraising for CFI.

What are the goals of the Meadow Makers?

The goals of the Meadow Makers are to bring moms together in community and provide support for the CFI in the form of fundraising
and guidance.  We meet monthly either at CFI or an offsite location. Typical meetings include lively discussion of topics, usually led by Jane Tight, a professional life coach. A schedule of upcoming meeting topics is provided on this page.

This year we will emphasize our outreach goals as a group. It is our hope to get more Meadow Makers and their families involved with helping the local community this year.
